Neale is an experienced solicitor dealing with wills, estate administration, estate litigation and conveyancing.
Driven by a desire to help people, he takes pride in the enthusiasm he continues to bring to his work after a long career in law. Although born in Melbourne, Neale has lived in Ballarat for most of his life. He joined Baird & McGregor in 2001 and says the best piece of advice he ever received is “listen and consider before acting.”
Neale is involved in several community organisations and enjoys reading and following the fortunes of his beloved Hawks.
