Working from the firm’s Ballarat and Daylesford offices, he provides clear, practical advice on structuring effective estate plans and assists executors and families to navigate probate and estate administration with care and sensitivity.
Ben advises on both straightforward and complex matters, including testamentary trusts, family trusts, and SMSFs, as well as estate planning for vulnerable beneficiaries, such as young children and beneficiaries with disabilities. He takes a considered, detail-oriented approach, and regularly works with his clients’ professional advisers to ensure estate plans are technically sound and aligned with broader tax and asset protection strategies.
Outside work, he is active in the local community and contributes to governance in the not-for-profit sector. Ben enjoys history, paperback thrillers, music, and spending time with his family.
