Meet Ben. Practicing in Wills and Estates, Ben assists with both simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, grants of probate, and deceased estate administration. He advises on matters related to superannuation death benefits and Self-Managed Super Funds.
Ben brings experience in trusts, insolvency, banking and finance law, as well as dispute resolution and litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Ben is a published author and historian. He graduated in the top three of his Juris Doctor degree and holds a PhD in Australian history. He currently serves on the council of the Old Colonists Association of Ballarat.
Ben combines his rich academic background with his legal expertise to offer clients thorough and insightful advice in estate planning and administration. His passion for history and the law makes him a well-rounded and empathetic advocate for his clients.
Outside of his professional life, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, playing and listening to music, and reading paperback thrillers.
