Andrew is an experienced lawyer, having practiced in the area of Wills, Estates, and conveyancing for most of his working life. He has been an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates since 2004.
Andrew can assist clients in succession planning, which includes providing advice on Wills and Powers of Attorney, Estate disputes, Estate administration, and conveyancing.
Prior to joining Baird & McGregor, Andrew was a partner in Cuthberts Barristers & Solicitors, a long-standing Ballarat legal firm. Andrew also has had a long involvement in the Ballarat community, being a former board member of the Ballarat Foundation and Pinarc Disability Support Services. He is a past president of the Old Colonist’s Association of Ballarat Inc, one the oldest philanthropic organisations in Ballarat, and is the current secretary of that organisation.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. His hobbies include following the ups and downs of Collingwood and driving his classic cars to Halls Gap where Andrew and his wife enjoy the peaceful surrounds of the Grampians punctuated only by the sounds of cockatoos, rosellas, and magpies. Andrew is a member of the Ballarat Club and Old Colonists Club of Ballarat.
